EEG biofeedback or neurofeedback is cross scientific and uses technology, electronics, neurology and physiology. EEG refers to electroencephalography, a measurement of the electrical activity of the brain. EEG biofeedback is a therapy technique that presents the user with realtime feedback on brainwave activity. The aim is to enable conscious control of brainwave activity.
